We want everyone who uses Focus Therapy’s service and website to have a positive experience. We would recommend reading our Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing our website and purchasing from our website.
You must agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, in order to continue to access this website or purchase any of the products.
Services and booking
Focus Therapy is not a medical service and cannot guarantee cure from the issue(s) we aim to resolve in the hypnotherapy sessions. As the customer, you need to work with us, and follow our lead, for the best chance for the therapy to work.
Once a booking has been submitted, Focus Therapy will respond within 48 hours, either by email, message or telephone call.
Focus Therapy refuses the rights to accept a booking and can restrict our service and any bookings at our own discretion. We may also change or discontinue any of our services at any times, without notice, and without contacting the customer, or any other third-party(ies). Focus Therapy may, at our sole discretion and judgement, reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
All details provided during the booking of our service by you, the customer, will be stored on WordPress. All emails with contact and personal information on, will be deleted forever, once the sessions have completed. No information will be passed on or disclosed to any third-party(ies).
By completing the booking form online or by telephone, or Facebook, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Due to previous experiences, full payment will need to be made on arrival of the session. The service will not take place until payment has been made. If booking a block of sessions, this will need to be made on the arrival of your first visit.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or cash. No card details will be stored on the card machine or by Focus Therapy, and no details will be passed on to and third party(ies).

Errors and inaccuracies
We reserve the right to correct and update any typographical errors, inaccuracies and omissions that may occur occasionally on the site. These may be on any page of the site, and could relate to services, descriptions, pricings, promotions and offers. We also reserve the right to cancel any services if any of the information about the services or the website is inaccurate, without prior notice, and could take place after a booking has been submitted. We would inform the customer of any changes to a booking already made, but will not inform any third-party(ies) in any other circumstance.
Focus Therapy does not have any obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the site or regarding a product, unless required to by law.
Privacy Policy
Focus Therapy will ensure that your privacy is protected, and that any information you provide so that you can be identified when using this site, will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
We will collect; your name, contact information (email address and telephone number), and details of therapy-related issues. We require this information to be able to provide you with the service you require.
All this information is for internal use only and we will not pass it on to any third-party(ies) or store permanently on any devices by Focus Therapy.
By completing and submitting the booking form, online, on the phone or on Facebook, you are agreeing to supplying this information to Focus Therapy.
External links and third-party providers
There may be some external links to other relevant websites on our site. Once you have clicked on these links, we have no control or can be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting these sites. Please visit the other website’s privacy policies.
We may also, at times, offer extra optional tools and recommendations via external sites and services. General customer information
By purchasing from our website, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the services, without written permission from Focus Therapy.
A breach or violation of any of the terms and conditions will result in an immediate termination of correspondence and services between yourself and Focus Therapy.
