Looking around the room, I remember thinking ‘where am I?’ I consciously seemed to understand what the midwife was saying, which was; ‘Look at her looking around with her big eyes.’ I spotted things round the front room, trying to work out what they were. Then I saw my mother. This was the day I was born.
I’ve always had this memory and it has spurred my interest in the subconscious and how the brain works. This has led me to where I am now – a fully qualified hypnotherapist.
With ten years’ experience, I have been able to help a lot of people with a variety of issues, through the study of hypnotherapy. I concentrate on entering the subconscious in order to change the way people’s minds think and act.
I feel it’s important to feel relaxed and safe in the environment I provide, as well as helping my clients.
I thoroughly enjoy my work and meeting new people and having the opportunity to help find solutions through hypnotherapy.
